About Flood in Maiwali

there is large area of mianwali has been damage due to the flood came in sindh river. now 10 lakh kuski water has been ging from jinnah bairaj which is save gate of water.
one are Marhi Indus has totlay cut off from other land and the kalabagh city has been totly dipped into water. there is no help for them becoz govenment is not taking any action to save people. there is no food, water enven there s no plce to survive. what can they do? its question for the govenment.
